Can I track my order and how long will it take?

• Yes! All orders come with tracking via NZ Post. You will receive tracking details by email once your order has been shipped. Because each order is custom made, please allow 1-3 business days for processing. If you need an urgent turnaround contact us to see what we can do.

What size are your magnets?

• Our photo magnets are 5cm x 5cm.

What is the quality of your magnets?

• All our magnets are printed on high-quality photo paper with vivid colours and finished with a gloss textured laminate for durability.

I need to change my order. How can I do that?

• Contact us immediately. If the magnets have not been printed, we can still adjust your order. However, once printing and finishing has started, changes cannot be made.

Do you ship internationally?

• Currently, we only ship within New Zealand, but we are looking to expand to Australia soon.
