Can I track my order and how long will it take?

Absolutely! Every order comes with tracking through NZ Post. You’ll get an email with your tracking details once it’s been shipped.

Since each order is handmade just for you, please allow 1–3 business days for processing.

Need it in a hurry? Flick us a message — we’ll do our best to make it happen.

What size are your magnets?

Our photo magnets are 5cm x 5cm.

What is the quality of your magnets?

All our magnets are printed on high-quality photo paper with vivid colours and finished with a gloss textured laminate for durability.

Can I change my order?

Get in touch as soon as you can!

If we haven’t started printing yet, we’ll happily make changes.

Once your magnets are printed and laminated, we can’t make edits unfortunately — but reach out and we’ll see what we can do.

Do you ship internationally?

Right now we’re shipping within New Zealand only, but we’re working on expanding to Australia soon — stay tuned!
