Custom-made with care

Every Mihi Mags order is made just for you. Because of this, we can’t offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

Cancelling an order

If you need to cancel, please email info@mihimagnets.com within 24 hours of purchase.

Once printing/finishing has begun, cancellations aren’t possible.

Damaged or faulty items (we’ll put it right)

Your purchase is protected under the NZ Consumer Guarantees Act. If your magnets arrive damaged or faulty, we’ll replace or remake them.

Please email us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Order number + name
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the damage/fault and the packaging (if damaged in transit)

We’ll sort a replacement promptly. If a replacement isn’t possible, we’ll offer a refund to your original payment method.

Wrong, missing or mixed-up items

If something’s not right with your order contents, contact us within 7 days and we’ll remake or send the missing items ASAP.

Lost in transit

All orders are tracked via NZ Post. If your parcel hasn’t moved for several days or is shown as delivered but not received, email us. We’ll start an NZ Post investigation and keep you updated. If it’s confirmed lost, we’ll replace your order.

File quality & colour disclaimer

  • We print from the files you provide. Please upload high-resolution images (ideally 2000px+).
  • Colours can vary slightly between screens and print. Minor variation isn’t a fault, but if the print is materially off, we’ll remake it.
  • Cropping may occur to fit our magnet/card sizes; we’ll align to the subject as best we can.

Address errors

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and the parcel is delivered or returned, reship fees may apply.

Returns

If we ask you to return an item for assessment, we’ll provide the return instructions. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.

How to lodge a claim

Email info@mihimagnets.com with your order number, photos, and a short note about what happened. We aim to reply within 1 business day.
