Order Processing:

Each Mihi Mags order is handmade with care.

Please allow 1–3 business days for standard processing once payment is confirmed.

You’ll receive an email with your NZ Post tracking number as soon as your order is on its way — you can follow your parcel directly on the NZ Post website.

Shipping Costs:

Standard Shipping — $6.00 NZ-wide

• Flat rate for non-rural orders
• 1–3 business days after dispatch
  
• Tracked via NZ Post

Rural Shipping — $9.50

• Flat rate for rural areas
• 5–8 business days after dispatch
• Tracked via NZ Post

Next Working Day + Signature — $10.50

• Next working day delivery
• Signature required on delivery
• Orders must be placed before 12pm (Mon–Thu)
• Tracked via NZ Post

International Shipping:

We’re currently shipping within Aotearoa only, but Australia is coming soon! Keep an eye out for updates.

Updating Your Shipping Info

If you need to change your delivery address, get in touch as soon as possible — once your order’s been sent, we can’t update the address.
